What we collect and why.
- What: the details you type into our forms, such as name, phone, email, postcode and your bill figure, plus the estimate the calculator produced for you.
- Why: to send you your numbers, book and prepare your Energy Exam, and prepare quotes. That is all.
- Where it lives: form submissions are processed by our website host and delivered to the founders' company email. Quotes and jobs live in our job system.
- Never: sold, rented, swapped or handed to marketers. Not once, not ever.
- Analytics: from launch we use standard, privacy-respecting analytics to see which pages help people. No advertising trackers.
- Your rights: email us and we will show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. No forms, no friction.
