Privacy
Your details, in daylight too.
The short version: we collect what you give us to prepare your numbers, we never sell it, and you can ask for it or ask us to delete it any time.
The plain-language policy
What we collect and why.
- What: the details you type into our forms, such as name, phone, email, postcode and your bill figure, plus the estimate the calculator produced for you.
- Why: to send you your numbers, book and prepare your Energy Exam, and prepare quotes. That is all.
- Where it lives: form submissions are processed by our website host and delivered to our company email. Quotes and jobs live in our job system.
- Never: sold, rented, swapped or handed to marketers. Not once, not ever.
- Analytics: we use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to see which pages help people and where they get stuck. Clarity records how visitors scroll, click and move through the site (session replays and heatmaps). Anything you type into a form is masked in those recordings. Both tools use cookies, and Microsoft may use Clarity data for its own purposes, including advertising, under the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
- Your rights: email us and we will show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. No forms, no friction.
